I take photographs when the shapes, textures, light, proportions, colours, shadows, moods, mysteries, and the unexplainable attract my eye and my camera.
I try to photograph for a reason. There must be some emotional attachment with what I see--if only for a fleeting moment.
I am often drawn to the simple things, that when lit by beautiful light, transcend the ordinary.
