As for "kanzashi," it is a Japanese word for "ornate hair pin", usually designating the kind on a hair stick or a hair prong. :) In the West, "kanzashi" typically means "tsumami kanzashi" (or the folded silk flower technique that I practice). It is a long art, and quite fun for me, if time consuming... ^_^ but art is love, yes?
