I wish my English knowledge was better enough to write a decent "About Me" for you guys, but grammar is my weakness and I'm gonna study to improve it, I promise ;)

By now, what I can tell about me is:

- I was born in Sao Paulo/SP - Brazil in 1986;

- I like to read online news, the English version of Wikipedia and Geek-related websites and blogs;

- I like to travel alone and meet new people on the destination instead to travel with people I already know;

- My favorites destinations are: Buenos Aires in Argentina, New York in the USA and Toronto in Canada. That's why I have so many pictures of these places and taken in different years;

- I don't like to take pictures of people, mostly because I don't know how to do it well. That's why almost all my pictures are "peopleless";

- I'm not a professional photographer and I'm not intended to do so. I prefer portability over picture quality, that's why I currently use a Panasonic DMC FZ-35 and my LG Optimus 7 Windows Phone cameraphone instead of a DSLR as they fit my current needs very well;

- As a non-professional camera owner, I always need to downsize my pictures to make them looks more sharper and to hide the inevitable noises, but I always do my best to downsize them to the maximum resolution I can without sacrificing the final result too much. I know any Flickr user is free to do whatever they want to they pictures and I do respect that, but for me, there's nothing more frustrating than see a wonderful picture in a group or in someone photostream, and when I click on the picture to see with better details, the highest resolution available is something like 640x480 or 800x600 for example. Of course I know there are some picture thieves here, but the vast majority of people are just searching for a good desktop wallpaper. Just a tip ;)

And I think that's all. I hope you guys enjoy my pictures and all tips and critical comments are welcome.
