  It is all those things, but mostly, they would have you believe they were a "below creature", when really this is not so.
  
  They are indeed a fun and energetic sort, often coalescing as a tribe around a childrens playground or some statue that is horrifying and needs to be documented.
  
  If you meet one of these so-called "Sibirskis", make sure to pay attention, because you're sure to have a good time."
