I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in photography from Virginia Commonwealth University. As much as I hated art school when I was in it, I miss it dearly now. I wish I could go back in time + do it again with my Nikon D700.

I was a classically trained photographer, meaning I know my way around a darkroom. I developed my own film, hand printed photographs + know what it's like to have someone open your darkroom paper in the light! I shot 35mm, medium format + even learned how to use a view camera. I wish I had a huge scanner so I could put everything I did in college here on Flickr, but alas, either my prints or too big or my scanner is too small. ;)

My favorite things to shoot are portraits of both the human + fur baby variety.
