Rachael and Jess' photostream  

Update:
[I've just made nearly all the photos of my children for friends and family only. The news reports lately have been too awful and with ORKUT members taking children's photos off Flickr and editting them... well, it just seemed like having my children's photos open to all viewers wasn't as safe as it had previously seemed. ]

When I started my Flickr account, it was really more of a brag-book for my photos... it has evolved over time and is currently a journal of my family with photos and commentary... with an occasional attempt at a more 'artistic' or at least asthetically pleasing photo.

My wife, Rachael, has been interested in photography since she was a kid and took classes in highschool. She enjoys Flickr too and has her own site, but we both gravitate toward posting on this one. We will try to identify who took the photo and who is 'speaking' in the commentary section.

Overall, I am a very visual person. My tastes in photos changes over time. I can't quite call it an evolution, because it will fluctuate back to earlier territory. I think that images will appeal to me based on my recent thoughts and feelings and how well they serve as a metaphor for something interesting to me.
