Hi everyone, welcome to my Flickr site - I'm currently in the process of uploading my digital photos (from late 2003 onwards) and will eventually deal with the scans, from back to around 1993. As many of these of scenes that are no longer repeatable I will upload all but the most terrible shots - and there are many terrible ones, given that I was only born in 1988 and took lots of photos as a kid!

I have a particular interest in trains and buses and this hobby has taken me all around the world, and this is reflected here, although I do take photos of other things too!! This particularly includes architecture. It's not a specialist subject of mine, but I get a lot of enjoyment out of it.

Recently other things have started to take over - girlfriend, job, "normal" life etc!! I still take quite a few photos on the old iPhone as I go about my daily life but trips out specifically to look at transport subjects are now few and far between. I suppose that this Flickr site is therefore a monument to a mis-spent youth.... ah, now there's a title!
