Married, mother of 2, stepmother of 3. Total of 10 grandchildren, with two on the way.

Crochet is my favorite hobby, with sewing a close second. I do a lot of charity crochet for the local hospital's NICU, mostly beanies and blankets, although I occasionally am called upon to make burial garments for the babies that don't make it.

We currently own four dogs, two firebelly toads, a cockatiel and some goldfish. I'd like to have a cat (either Siamese, Oriental Shorthair, or Sphynx-those are the hairless ones) but since one of our big dogs think cats are snack food, that's not a very good idea.
