I'm always taking pictures, whether it be in school, out at the park, in the city, or in my own backyard. My camera is rarely not seen hanging from my neck. I play photographer whenever I'm out with friends. If no friends are around, I just take my tripod out to my backyard and take the place of both the model and the photographer while trying to beat a 10 second self timer. I am a 17 year old photography major at Pratt Institute. residing in New York City. Where my favorite hobby will take me in my future, is still a mystery even to me. My name is Julie, and I'm an amateur photographer trying to make it big in the bustling city that never sleeps.

The way I'd describe it: so much energy and emotion in every picture, beauty, colors, location and light. You produce it all so well. I can't even pick a favorite, because there would be too many.
