Born in Belgium in 1974. Working as a webmaster since 1999. Busy with computers since childhood. That and skateboarding until I busted my knee.

Always knew I'd like photography, but never had the money to pay for all the filmdevelopment. First had a compact Olympus 820 in 2000-2003, but it broke down after less than 3 years. Taking it on a two week walk through the Egyptian desert wasn't the best idea.

Bought a Nikon D70 in April 2005 and switched it to a D300 in June 2008. Lenses used : 50mm (1.8), 17-55 (2.8), 18-70 (3.5-5.6), 70-200 (2.8).

Joined photocollective drieduizend in August 2005. I quickly discovered I mostly like shooting stand up comedy and concerts (see the sets). Low light conditions without using flash.

As I (used to) have foreign readers on my website, almost everything I wrote is in english. Both here and on my site. But as I'm flemish my native language is actually dutch. So feel free to comment in dutch if you like.
