I'm a Dutch psychologist, came to the US in 1997 and work in the best State of the US: Oregon. I'm still in love with my beautiful wife and I'm lucky to have 5 wonderful children. I love reading, traveling and making nice(r) pictures, and of course good food from all over the world.
I'm still learning on my Canon S2 IS.
Just recently bought a Canon SX10 IS. I love this camera!!

J'ai choisi de commencer mon témoignage pour Roland (Spirited Robe) par une citation.
Cette citation parle, à la fois de hasard et de photographie.
C'est le hasard qui m'a fait rencontrer Roland sur Flickr et c'est le photographe "Spirited Robe" que je connais.
Le photographe a su me faire rêver, notamment par ses "landscapes" merveilleux des côtes de l'Oregon.
Son oeil est averti et sait capter ce qui est Beau.
Ce regard sur le monde est porté par un homme sensible et intelligent, deux qualités essentielles à un artiste.
Son oeil est aussi curieux et averti. Il est capable de "discerner" une belle image parmi tant d'autres.
Alors peut se construire un échange libre et courtois inspiré tant par l'esthétique que par l'altérité.
