The 1st MLG is located at Camp Taqaddum, Iraq, with units in Fallujah and Al Asad. The 1st Marine Logistics Group is responsible and committed to providing the logistical support to Multi National Force-West units throughout al-Anbar province, Iraq.
As the 1st MLG's Public Affairs Shop, our job is to keep the people back home informed of what we are doing out here. We have several websites up already displaying our stories, photos and videos of what the Marines and Sailors out her are doing.
