Hello everyone! Im Sian from sunny Stoke on Trent, England... Home of 'our Robbie' hehe :-) i am mother to a beautiful daughter Imogen who features in some of my shots...

I joined Flickr in Jan 2007 after buying myself a nifty Canon Powershot A85 off e bay, and what a bargain it was :-)

I am a total beginner but have always loved photography and admired other peoples work... i was looking for a new hobby so thought wuold give it a go myself :-) i take my camera everywhere with me now and love to snap away hehe :-p

if there are any other beginners out there, especially local to me, then please drop me a mail so we can swap ideas and tips... and any advice would be appreciated off the more experienced too!!! i am eager to learn and hope that as time goes by you will see an improvement in my pics :-)
