The Sweetest Pea Designs was created in 2001 to showcase the wide variety of work that I do. In the past few years, I started creating stuffed animals of my own design to give to friends and family. I began to take custom orders and finally opened an online store at Etsy.com in January 2006.

Design enters many facets of my life. I work full-time as a graphic designer for a wonderful company called Big Blue Dot (www.bigblue.com) that specializes in design and strategic thinking for companies devoted to kids. I am also an adjunct faculty member at New England School of Art & Design at Suffolk University, where I teach typography part-time.

I enjoy making original patterns and designs, and seeing the result in 3 dimensions. Each item is sewn by hand with great care and attention to detail. All of my designs are available in multiple sizes and colors upon request. Custom orders are welcome.
