Future Women Leaders (FWL) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization supporting women of all ages in the San Francisco Bay Area. We consist of a core leadership team and a board of directors, who lead and provide services for over 500 members in many different industries.

FWL was founded at the start of the millennium to promote the professional development of Bay Area women professionals through leadership development, mentoring, and networking. We do this through our monthly events, newsletters, online forums and participation in the community.
