Travels with a dog and a Camera :)'s photostream  

Started this Flickr page on 2nd Nov 2008

A number of years ago I was left to bring up my son on my own, he is now old enough to look after himself more and it is time to really get out and enjoy life and shot the beauty of nature.

I have also just got a young Collie bitch, she is a cross between a Rough Collie and a Border Collie,. enjoying walking with her and taking photo's at the same time.

Photographically I am just learning to use my DSLR's, Lightroom and Photoshop together and to their full potential, and hope that with time the photo's I post will improve :-)

Software wise, I use Lightroom 3.5 and Photoshop CS5 to develop my images from their raw (DNG) state.

I use Jeffrey Friedl's “Export to Flickr” Lightroom Plugin which allows me to export to Flickr straight from Lightroom, Excellent and free. see regex.info/blog/lightroom-goodies/flickr/
