I love this world, and think it can be a beautiful place at times, but it has a dark and sad side too. I am a mother to three beautiful boys John who is now 29 Michael 25 and Russell is 14.And I will be a Grandmother for the first time in October 2009.

I lost my mum to breast cancer 18 years ago and my dad is in a care home. I have two brothers and seven sisters I meet 4 of them every Friday for breakfast, and visit my sister Margaret every Saturday.

I am in the middle of a horrible divorce; I am what is known as an abused wife. I find my joy in taking photos and working in Adobe and photoimpack, I was given these for Christmas by my closest friends Sally and Sandy, they have shown me how to work on PC for scratch and showed me a whole new world.

I cherish old and new friends, they all mean a lot to me
