I live in Jakarta, as an expatriate (I am French). My previous posting was in Thailand.
I have always liked photography but I became more serious a couple of months ago when I treated myself with a Canon EOS 50D.

Indonesia - and Asia in general - is very colorful. Beauty is everywhehre, yet sometimes it is not obivous and you need to look hard with your eyes but also with a good heart, that leaves jugments and prejudices behind.



I am very grateful for all your comments and encouragements. They mean a lot to me. As I have had no formal training and hence master at best 5% of the possibilities of my camera, your improvements suggestions are most welcome.

I feel inspired by the great work of flickr members and learn a lot from their stream.
