Hello!
I originally bought my camera to take pictures of my daughter and then eventually I found flickr. I started posting here back Oct/Nov 08. Before flickr I never knew what the term bokeh was...and now it's pretty much a big part of what I try to capture in each and every one of my photos. It to me is how I paint with the camera and brings them to life for me. I love the immediacy that you can achieve with the camera as opposed to painting or drawing. Not that I don't love painting it's just that between work and taking care of my family it doesn't leave much time for painting anymore. I am constantly trying to learn and am inspired everyday by the work I see here by other photographers.
