I am a Scottish/Italian New England born American; loving husband, devoted father, professional engineer, avid baseball fan (faithful to both my "beloved" Boston Red Sox and Worcester Tornadoes), practicing Roman Catholic, voracious reader, wine "freak"/beer aficionado, mean blues harpist, experienced outdoorsman, amateur astronomer, American Civil War nut, former commercial broadcast engineer, a "disciple" of Dr. George Sheehan and a passionate distance runner. I have been a runner since December of 1998.
