a warm hello and thanks for dropping by!

a little about me... i spent most of my early childhood and life on the sea, traveling from place to place with my parents and family. the influence of the ocean is my source and inspiration for my ceramic creations. i work in porcelain and T1, clay bodies which harmonize well with the oceanic visions i like to create. many of my pieces are as thin as real shells and take on the ghostly quality that all shells contain -- keepers of what once was life.

my work has appeared professionally in many installation forms and, when seen in great number, takes on the illusion of an underwater city. individually, it also appears in numerous collections as interior enhancement, adding the mystery and power of the ocean to a room or an office.



what is posted here is just a sliver of the actual body of my work. i do commission pieces and sizes can range from tiny to huge, depending on the need.
