James Dillon Wright aka DILLON Boy (*1979 in Phoenix, AZ) has built a strong reputation through his recognizable and colorful artworks of pop culture, blending modern patterns and famous faces into charismatic portraits. In his creative paintings and drawings, he tirelessly captures the images he is surrounded by. There is no distinction between pop art and avant-garde - instead, he allows his subjects to dance between those categories, exploring the boundaries between high and lowbrow art.

DILLON currently lives and works in Aviano, Italy (about an hour outside of Venice, Italy). He has exhibited internationally since 2007 and has received critical reviews in magazines alongside contemporary artists such as Banksy, Shepard Fairey of OBEY, and D*Face. His work is collected worldwide and was recently featured in a TIME Magazine Person of the Year 2008 article that featured Fairey's Barack Obama "Hope" poster on the cover.

Besides his work as an artist, he is also an illustrator and designs soft vinyl toys and collectibles. He gives public performances and signings, and has recently (late 2009) embarked on an art magazine project titled, Artomic Bomb to be launched worldwide consisting of reviews and interviews of over 100 artists.
