I'm a pro-micro-photographer to be exactly. I shoot tissues, cells, sub-cellular structures for a living. I have a normal taste for photograph. It doesn't matter if you shoot with a pro camera or a point&shoot, a good shot is all matter to me. As far as contact, I prefer to have a small list so I can keep up with your art work. So I occasionally remove the inactive contacts, nothing personal.
