  "Before Nicky attended the first meeting of the Bradford-on-Avon photography group I temember feeling somewhat intimidated by the obvious skill demonsttrated on her stream and her illustrious membership of tthe RPS and OU qualifications. Her work showed a technical skill I could only dream of. But there is so much more to it than technical skill - peel away the layers and the photos always stir an emotion. The time spent producing the perfect shot never leaves a sterile output - far from it - they all have real soul and depth.
  
  Add to that the lady herself and you have someone I am pleased to consider a friend - both in virtual and gin-sharing terms. Her serenity and integrity shine through in everything she does and says."
