Welcome to my space, I'm from Catalonia, I love to see the day-a-day life of people from other countries and Flickr lets me to do it. About the name of this flickr, the literally translation is "bread soup". That kind of soup it's a legacy mostly of our ancestors, our grandmothers, who lived dificult times. It was a cheap food, a way to don't throw anything away and use left over bread of previous days. It's made with bread, water, oil, salt, optionally one egg and garlics. This meal evokes me a sensation of something traditional, with the worth it have nowadays. I'll be pleased to read your comments, a visit back to your streams is promised.
