Luciano Bovina has had the first contacts with the photo when he was twenty-year old, as photographer-naval assistant embarked on the oceanographic ship "Staffetta". He subsequently collaborates, for some years, with the photographic agency "Attualfoto" realizing services in the environment of the Formula One and of the Rally. He subsequently enters the cinema also. He realizes as cine-operator more than 80 films of "Gran Prix" for the weekly sports "Autosprint", in the television program "Telesprint", but the search of the new one and the interest to the knowledge of people and different ethnic group, the love for the great spaces, direct more and more him toward the report and the pure documentary, that he follows all now. From 1983 to 1990 he has belonged to the mobile troupe of the program " Jonathan " of Ambrogio Fogar, so much to in a friendly way be nicknamed " The nomad with the camcorder" by his colleagues. In over thirty years he has collaborated to the realization of 59 documentaries for Italian and foreign television productions and photographic services in 63 different nations. I primi contatti con la fotografia, li ha avuti, ventenne, come assistente fotografo navale imbarcato sulla nave oceanografica "Staffetta" In seguito collabora, per alcuni anni, con l'agenzia fotografica " Attualfoto " realizzando servizi nell'ambiente della Formula Uno e dei Rally. Successivamente entra anche nel cinema. Come cine-operatore realizza per il settimanale sportivo "Autosprint ", nel programma televisivo "Telesprint ", più di 80 filmati di Gran Premi. Ma la ricerca del nuovo e l'interesse alla conoscenza di popoli ed etnie diverse, l'amore per i grandi spazi, lo indirizzano sempre più verso il reportage e il documentarismo puro, che tutt'ora segue. Dal 1983 al 1990 ha fatto parte della troupe esterna del programma " Jonathan " di Ambrogio Fogar, tanto da essere amichevolmente soprannominato dai suoi colleghi : "Nomade con la cinepresa". In oltre trent'anni, ha collaborato alla realizzazione di 59 documentari per produzioni Italiane ed estere e servizi fotografici in 63 nazioni diverse.
