neshachan says:
"ApricotX is one of my Flickr heroines. There's amazing wonders to be found around every corner, and she will show you them. Glasses haven't been made that one could put on and see the world the way someone else does, but then, that's why we have Flickr. :) Magic randomly manifests itself when she's behind the lens."

"the Awkward Gawk, indeed! I can look at these pictures all day. X is the first contact page I go to every morning and last I check every night. She is one of the few hard working original photographers out there, with new, original, clever, poignant and hilarious moments posted every day . . . and she certainly ain't posting boring photos of . . . well, whatever forms the common deluge on Flickr . . . I prefer her original visions, reminding me of the absurdity in the world, exposing the quiet outrageousness of the ordinary, seeing things I want to see, things I can only imagine when my brain misfires, capturing colors and juxtapositions I think only dogs can hear, framing the visual concret . . . and with love, I say she is the Phyllis Diller of our time!"

* Eartha Kitsch * says:
"ApricotX has this amazing eye for the absurd and interesting where lots of folks would never even notice. She's consistent and hilarious and her photos just downright rock. Not to mention that she's to blame for my almost year long Flickr addiction now. She e-mailed me when I was just a tadpole and asked me why I was on Flickr but wasn't really posting. She shamed me into action! And I'm glad she did!"

"X marks the mold encrusted underbelly of commercial enterprise. X uncovers the spot where advertising falters and the assembly line breaks down and delivers unto us the unsupressed individual. X rocks!"

"apricotX is our Queen. And here I mean a bit like Elizabeth II, and a little bit like LIberace. And not at all like termites. At any rate, her timeless and seamless dedication to scouring the countryside for fine arts has confirmed her as the unchallenged, unquestioned master of a particular kind of universe that reminds us that the difference between sublime and ridiculous isn't always that clear."
