I am crazy about photography. Have been since age 12 when my dad bought me my very first camera (Minolta SRT 101). That camera model just exposed my age. OOPS!

I worked for years in various portrait studios. I was always the "Champ" when it came to kids. Somehow, GOD has blessed me where children seem to love me and I can always bring out the best in them.

Quite a few years went by in my adult life when I didn't have a camera nor the time to get interested in anything. I got married, had a baby, mom had a major stroke. I've been through a lot in my life.

Close to a year ago, my husband bought me a Nikon D40X camera outfit complete with 55mm and 300mm lenses. I went out and took pictures all over southern California just for fun. Had a blast!

Recently, my husband died tragically. I'm trying to get through the devastation by focusing on getting my photos out there. I have so much to do, as I know have to take over his responsibilities. As soon as I find time, I plan to get out there and take many more photos.

Money is a big very issue as I am currently on disability for a serious back injury and depression. Many people have told me I should sell my photos. I never considered that before, but now that my husband is gone, I need to survive, so I in the midst of getting my photos out there, and I'm hoping I can make a living from them as it's something I enjoy so very much!

I am a Christian. I read my Bible daily, attend bible study and church service at Calvary Chapel. The only reason I have made it through everything I have is because of GOD. Even though I am still mourning my husband, I am excited about my future because I now GOD has wonderful plans for me.
