As a Child of the 50s, I love gardening, photography, crafts, squirrels and our backyard nature, cooking. Love dogs too, but they are all gone from advanced age, but this summer we took in my son's wonderful Rottweiler for an undetermined time. Because of advanced emphysema, ALL of my pictures have been taken in my own backyard. I found as a child, that there was an amazing amount of nature's beauty found in a small yard!

I am always learning from the wonderful photos of others. Speaking of the works of others, I have galleries right now, and they are wonderful. Two are birds, one, the most beautiful primates you will ever see, and a gallery called "Close Contact" featuring shots of humans in very close contact with mostly nature in macro. I hope to add more galleries one day soon (probably early 2010).
