"Waxheads main practices include Graffiti, Painting, and Drawing. His presence in the graffiti scene has been prevalent since around 2006-2007 when he started transforming the urban environment of Toronto, Ontario. He has gone on to do work in Europe and America as well, and is currently working out of Montreal, Quebec. The characters he creates are original, enticing , and innately trippy. His practices seem to draw insperation from graffiti (obviously) but also the superflat movement and recent illustration progressions and shifts. Waxhead remains a key figure in Canadas art scene."
