I've been creative, innovative, and humorous my entire life. The computer is merely another tool I use to express those intrinsic qualities. The name "Jeff Blazer" began as an inside joke many years ago and eventually evolved as a kind of working stage name. I'm currently working as a freelance graphics artist/web designer based in Northern Virginia.
1) Commercial use of my images requires a "permission to use" contract which I supply.
2) I encourage Flickr members to write a testimonial if they like or dislike my work.
3) If you're not a Flickr member but have enjoyed my stream, please bookmark my page or rate my page using a service like StumbleUpon.
4) I don't mind Internet distribution of my images so long as I'm informed by a simple email and credit to "Jeff Blazer" or "Brad Barrett" is given, along with a hyperlink to www.bradbarrett.biz
5) If you've been directly inspired by one of my images such to recreate something similar, I humbly ask for that inspiration to be cited.
6) Email me anytime with questions or comments of any kind. I try to engage the public as much as possible.

When I first came to Flickr I had no idea what to do, much less how to do it. I put up something I had made and Jeff was the first person to comment on it. Thank you JB for becoming my mentor. My friend and also my daily laughs or pukes. Whichever comes first that day. I have snorted more coffee or tea out of my nose looking at his displays of mindless wit than I care to admit. His Photoshop projects are truly fantastic. From the very very sick and horrible to the absolutely stupid and hilariously funny.
This man is a genius with Photoshop. I want to and will glean every bit of knowledge he has until the day I die. (I hope that's not too soon that is.) He has so very graciously given me small tuts, lots of tips and tricks that I have begun to learn in leaps and bounds! He has always commented on the things that I do and I even think I have made him laugh a time or two!

"Jeff. B man, Mr. B. Whatever you call him he's got skills. I mean he's a complete arsehole with an incredibly sick mind. But he's got mad skills buried in that slightly.. No.. TOTALLY psychotic exterior and you need to appreciate that, I know I do. In all seriousness, stopping by his photostream is the cherry on my day. He's always there to point out what he did to an image or a photoshop trick. Not many get into the guts (Jeff loves guts!) of photoshop. He'll make you laugh one image and make you want puke the next. This man has even put on a dress for art sake. Nothing was as repulsive as that.. Trust me."
