Hello. The Emergency Room is a gallery space at the Bacon Street Project (E1 6LF), off Brick Lane in London, which will be open between October 7th & 22nd 2008. The Emergency Room has been set up to disseminate photographs taken by the photojournalist James Nachtwey who is telling the story of Extreme Drug Resistant Tuberculosis in a series of powerful new photographs which were revealed to the world on October 3rd in a series of epic public projections across the world. The Emergency Room is part of James Nachtwey's very big TED Prize wish to change the world, which was granted in 2007. http://www.ted.com
