JANUARY 31ST, 2008:

Last year, from our headquarters at Lewis & Clark College, we organized the biggest national teach-in in US history, on global warming solutions. The theme for the event was Focus the Nation. Student and citizen leaders at over 1900 colleges, universities, high schools, middle schools, faith organizations, civic groups and businesses to sponsor panels, workshops, theater events, technology fairs, poetry readings, keynotes, sculpture displays, poster sessions and debates.


FEBRUARY 2009:

Over this next critical year, join the National Teach-in on Global Warming Solutions, and help engage the nation again next February 5 with our new theme: the first 100 days. This is a defining moment for America, and the future course of life on earth. Immediately following the inauguration of the new President, and in the first 100 days of the new Congress, the US government will either initiate the action needed to stop global warming—or else a window will close for our children, forever.
