I'm a transplanted Canadian living in the U.S. with my new hubby. I've worked as a baker for about 5 years for a small cake shop in Canada. My mantra in life is "Passion is what keeps us sane!", so to everyone out there, my advice is to find yours and go for it!

I'm a lover of 'all things vintage', particularly if it relates to baking/cooking/kitchen and can oft be found 'antiquing' and 'thrifting' on a weekend WITH my hubby (when there isn't a football game on, that is!).

I'm slowly realizing you can tell a whole lot about a person by the Flickr groups they're attached to... hmmmm.. wonder what that says about ME?!?

Anyhowww..... I'm having a hoot and a half on Flickr, and meeting an incredible bunch of interesting people in the process.

***Addendum*** - you might notice my photostream has 'gone to the dogs' here lately... the reason being that my husband surprised me with a 9-week old Puggle for my birthday this year. So, baking has taken the 'back burner' for awhile, whilst I help settle Baby Tug into our little family. He's a cutie, but a handful at times, as all puppies are!
