Started photography in 2008 when my former boss (the Ambassador of Gabon to Japan) gave me his BicCamera card with enough points to buy the whole Canon Kiss X2 w/ an extra battery and a case. Then, 6 months later, I bought my wife her Canon 50D. When I'm not on the X2, I use the 50D for more power and its better image sensor.
With the help of flickr, through friends and contacts, and with the constant photowalks and shoots with my photography buddies here in Tokyo, I have learned to love this glorifying hobby.
