Hello, I've been painting and drawing for most of my life. I graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. I always find myself examining the detail in the scenes and images that I see in nature and then intrepret them in my own way. I let my imagination and feelings take over, then let it flow onto the canvas or paper. I have been selling some of my paintings at www.artbyus.com. under the ID of Lynxes123. I use acrylic paints on canvas, both stretched and unstretched. I also use acrylics on 140 lb. watercolor paper. I also work part-time at my favorite big red bullseye Target to help make ends meet but on the weekend it's time to paint!
