My name is Katie. I am an independent yarn dyer. I spend most of my days tangled up in brightly colored bits of yarn and love it. I’m also a knitter (and that’s what got me into the dyeing), and spinner, although dyeing has taken away a good portion of my previous free time.

I have three kiddos – who are all beautiful and perfect and mine! They are my main occupation for the day, and I fit in the dyeing when I can. I love our busy days and their inquisitive minds.
