I'm a freelance Content Designer. I began working life as a print journalist but in the past 15 years I've been a radio announcer/producer, advertising copywriter, on-camera presenter, marketing creative, technical writer and online magazine publisher.
Website management turned me into a hardcore computer geek. Now I'm addicted to the study of human-computer interaction, with specific interest in user experience design and user engagement (or, making things easy to use and making people want to learn).
