Hello Flickr Friends, My name is Nicole and I am 20 years old and I own and operate Swiss Gold. I have a passion for photography and a passion for dogs so when I got my first DSRL 4 years ago it was just natural for me to take pictures of my best friends Jasper and Gracie. My life has changed so much in the last year I added 2 more pups to my pack Brody and Niko which gives me a total of 4 crazy spastic dogs! I have a new found love for dog shows, I enjoy Conformation,Rally,Dock Diving and Obedience with all my dogs. Now I will tell you a little more about my best friends.

Jasper is my 2 year old 70 pound ACA neutered Golden Retriever male. Jasper was born on November 4th 2008 and came into my life on December 28th 2008 that day was the best day of my life by far. Jasper definitely lives life to the fullest and you will honestly never see a frown on his Golden face. He sports that Golden Smile 24/7. Jasper is a crazy tennis ball obsessed water loving guy. He also is a camera hog he always has to have his face some where in the photo! Jasper is a sweet,gentle,loving boy all he wants is to cuddle with his Chuck-it Ball in his mouth and he will be the happiest Golden alive. It definitely doesn't take much to please this boy. All you have to do is throw his ball and he will be your best friend for life and you will have found yourself a new job...Designated ball thrower,lol. Jasper stole my heart from day one,he is the reason I fell so madly in love with this breed. He captured my heart and he definitely ran with it. I don't think you can ever find a Golden like Jasper he is one of a kind. I am just so lucky he is mine. Jasper does compete in Dock Diving and currently holds a Novice title.

Niko or better known as The Golden Perfection, Is my Year old 70 pound Golden Retriever male. He was born on May 4th 2010 in Dickerson MD at Morning Spring Kennel, He came home on August 18th 2010 and from that day forth my life has been a little brighter. My Life without my Baby Neeks would just not be complete. This boy came into my life after I had been going through some pretty tough times. I guess you could say he saved me,he made me laugh when I didn't even wanna smile. Niko is such a klutz as a puppy he was always tripping over his feet, rolling off the bed or even worse running in to the sliding glass door. Niko loves the simple things in life, he loves to roll in mud and make sure every part of him is brown and not gold! He also is OBSESSED with the garden hose you can not pull it out without him attacking the water. He loves his brothers he just loves to play wrestle with them. All my boys are attached at the hip they never leave each other. Niko is extremely smart he learned all his basic commands by the time he was 5 months and has only gotten better since. Niko was also a very laid back puppy and a Golden for a matter of fact. He so mellow he will let you do anything to him. I know I found this Golden Boy for a reason and it was to make my life brighter everyday. I don't know what I would do without my Neeky Bones. Niko is PAL registered with the AKC.

Gracie also know as Miss Redhead or Old Lady! She was my first golden and the first dog I actually called mine. Gracie was born in Hamilton,Maryland on June 14th 2005 she was the 6th puppy of 11 her litter name was Greta and she was the hot pink collared pup which till this day is still my favorite color on her. She was the only female left with her brother whose litter name was Kelso. Gracie weighs in at 50 pounds she has a leaner body type which is probably so fast. I have always said Gracie is a wonderer once she gets on a scent she no longer hears a word you say. Gracie enjoys sleeping,going on car rides and just wondering outside in the back yard. Shes definitely smart and sometimes sneaky and she knows what she likes and what she doesnt. Gracie is the Alpha of the 3 boys and she knows how to make them do anything she wants! Gracie is always be my baby girl no matter how old she gets I will never forget the day I saw her for the first time<3 and last but SURELY not least

Fredrick's Little Bear "Brody" he is my AKC registered Bernese Mountain Dog. Brody was whelped on Jan. 5th 2011 he is off of Ruby Rambler and Butter's Fabulous Fredrick. Brody comes from Champion Bloodlines with 14 Champions on his Mother's Side and 6 on his Father's side. Brody is currently 9 months of age and weighing in at 120 pounds he is going to be a big boy when fully grown. Brody has an amazing dispostition, he is a quirky,handsome,intelligent boy. He loves to be cuddled and he often does the famous "Berner Bump". He also loves to jump up and give you a big berner hug and lots of kisses. Brody LOVES everything he comes in contact with and knows how to make a persons day brighter by one flick of his tail. He is self confidant and ready to take on the world. Brody loves his Blonde siblings he loves to run and play with them outside but he is not a big fan of the hot weather, but he does like taking a dip every once and a while. Brody has some big shoes to fill but I don't think he will have any problem filling them. Brody is a Canine Good Citizen and working towards becoming a Therapy dog and will be tested when eligable [Jan. 5th 2012]. He also being shown in Obedience and Rally. We are looking forward to Brody advancing in obedience and rally. Brody is a very smart puppy he has already mastered basic obedience like a champ and has already started advance obedience. Brody is my baby but honestly when I first got him he was truly a monster puppy since I hadn't had a "terror" puppy in while he definitely took be by suprise. But the older he gets the more I fall in love with him and his quirky personality. Brody definitely holds a huge chunk of my heart, he is always making me laugh and smile. Brody is always taking me by suprise and he keeps me on my toes. He just has that personality you have to fall in love with and everywhere he goes he is truly the star. That is why I think he will make a wonderful Therapy Dog. I will always see him as that little 7 week old puppy that sat between my legs and tried to follow me when I left he truly picked me for a reason. He has made me better person.

Mad Maple's My Girl "Vada" a 2 month old AKC registered Bernese Mt. Dog, born on October 20th 2011. Vada is my little show girl she is off of GCH, CH AKC/CKC Blumoon Tanzenite v Blackrock CD NDD "Tanner" and Mad Maples First in Line "Fiona". Vada is such a little princess just joined our pack so we are still learning SO much about her but I do know she is a love bug,a sweet curious unafraid puppy. She already loves the camera which is a must when your a photographers puppy!

On my stream you will hopefully get to learn and love all my dogs personalities even though its just a small glimpse of their lives its definitely shows the best part of their lives!
