Halifax-based former journalist, now working as Communications Manager at the University of Sheffield Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre. Been taking photographs since little (on, in order, a Kodak 110, Praktica BMS, Minolta S404, and Canon EOS30), moved into serious digital in October 2007 with an EOS40D. Have invested in many lenses and accessories since. For variety, I may also use a Lubitel, iPhone, or borrowed compact.
