I'm an 20 year old photography student from Bromsgrove, UK, currently undertaking my second year of a two year BTEC National Diploma Course in Photography.

Currently I'm using a Nikon D80 which I bought at the end of December 2008 having previously used a Fujifilm S5600 which served me well. My main subjects in photography are cars, motorsport, landscapes, aviation and more recently architecture.

My favourite places for photographing are North Wales and London.

North Wales offers scenery like no other locally and I always love discovering new places and attractions whilst I'm there. I go to North Wales quite regulary as an escape from hustle and bustle of the local cities and towns to enjoy the scenic walks around Snowdonia, enjoy the technical mountain roads, the many lakes and the unpredictable weather. Recently I've enjoyed watching the RAF pilots train at heights of around 200ft in the valleys and have been left breathless by the speed and agility by which these pilots can operate in such confined spaces.

London. The atmosphere. The sounds. The lights. The cars. The shops. The world famous sights. Going to London after spending most of the week in Birmingham is such a change. I don't think I could ever get bored of photographing such an enourmous, jam-packed, ever expanding city of opportunities which is why it's one of my favourite places in the world.

If i'm not at home/work/college chances are i'm either on cad or the Evo triangle ;-)

"My mate Dave, what to say about him. mainly he is one of my best mates and who i mainly take photos with. Pretty much all started on a college trip to London where i taught him how to do slow shutter speed photos in Trafalgar square. From then on we have been on countless trips to wales, london (where i caught the flew on one of our trips), Chesterton and cosford. There is one trip though that never happened and that is scotland, we will make it one day :-).
This lad has a cracking sense of humor and the weirdest laugh ha. We have seen some amazing sights, f-15's giving a truly spectacular show at the end of hard day in the loop where i mainly slept and got burnt to climbing up Llyn Stlwan and nearly dying but seeing the heaviest mist roll in across the water and doing an all nighter in london taking photos we walked around from about half 12 until about 5.30 am. We have had some pretty funny moment as well having a lovely run in with wylfa security on the cliffs to walking back to the car park and getting greeted with armed police and some more wylfa security. Another hilarious was chesterton windmill were me, dave and matt literally shit ourselves in the pitch black after a car pulled up and blacked out the lights, walking back and dismantling the tripod in case any bugger tried anything haaaa. This lad produces some cracking photos no matter what he is photographing, some of his photos are truly beautiful which shows as he has had work put up in birmingham ,just like me :-) to having an advert made to advertise for nikon on national geographic. We have had some great laughs and i'm sure there are more to come.

    Scotland here we come"
