I have been in and out of photography for most of my life. Digital photography finally brought me back in and I love it more than ever.

Lately I have been creating in the computer more than in the camera. I play with filters and effects in the extreme just to see what emerges from the chaos.

I am slowly starting to gain some control over what I am doing. I am trying to create images I have in my head instead of finding images in what has resulted. At some point I want to be capturing images with the intent of creating my vision from this pallet.

I use PSE3 and PSE9 as it came in the box for all my creations. I have yet to play with any plug ins or other creative software. I would like to play with HDR.

All my digital cameras are point and shoot. I have a nice 35mm Nikon and several nikkor lenses gathering dust.

I used to love B&W. I will be starting to experiment with digital B&W in the next few months and really looking forward to it.
