My name is Alida and we are an Afrikaans speaking family living in South Africa. I've been married to my wonderfull husband for 10 years and we have two beautiful boys. We love the simple joys in life, something I get to savour even more as a stay at home Mom.
I have always loved taking photo's- drove my family insane when I was growing up. With the birth of my children and going digital it has really become a big part of my life. But I've only recently started educating myself on the technical aspect of photography.
The emphasis to me is still spontaniously capturing life as I see it. This keeps the joy in photography for me.
Ps: As I'm also the protecor of my family, most of my family kid's photo's are private.
