Well hello there!
I live on a lake with my husband in the beautiful state of Minnesota where I grew up. (not the lake pictured here, that's Lake Superior)
Our twin sons have moved on with lives of their own so that makes us empty-nesters, we are really enjoying this era in our life, of course the "kid" era was great too!

I've loved photography and have been taking photos since I was around 12. I usually shoot stuff from the outdoors, around my house, places visited around the country..I like noticing small details others might not see and I try to capture them. and I LOVE winter.

Although I'd been claiming to be a Christian for some 30 years, in March of 2006 I discovered I was in great error on that front, that I was just another hypocrite who calls themself a "Christian", plenty of talk without the walk and honestly, much worse. So, for the past year I've been spending alot of time in the Word learning, growing, and constantly being challenged - but most of all, being blessed beyond measure by His graciousness in my life, all my life...by the simple, however profound realization of just how great and good and incredible and supreme and loving, sovereign, merciful and just our God is....... I awake daily in utter thankfulness.
On July 29th 2007 I and my husband were baptised , all praise and glory to God who graciously drew us back to Him, in spite of our wretched selves.
