Simple person who enjoys peace, quiet, nature, and art.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude (3.86 GPA) from the University of South Alabama with a BFA in Graphic Design. I enjoyed many painting classes, and took every drawing class available: figure, conceptual, perceptual, and illustration.

The desire to draw, create, travel, and continue my education has resulted in acceptance to the Professional Illustration Program at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario. It will specialize me as an illustrator in traditional and digital media.

My work has been shown at the Mobile Arts Council during “5” (2008 and 2010), Martin Hall for the 2nd Annual Art Exhibition at the University of Mobile (2009), the Visual Arts Center in Punta Gorda, Florida for the 7th Biennial National Art Exhibition (2010), and many other galleries.

I'm greatly inspired by the beauty of nature and like to spend a lot of time outdoors. I enjoy taking photographs of nature and animals. Other hobbies include hiking, camping, and canoeing. One of my goals for the future is to build an Earthship, an entirely self-sufficient, self-sustainable home that uses solar and wind energy.
