I am passionate about gardening and have worked my entire life in the gardening retail industry in South Africa. I started my gardening website two years ago and now it is top rated on all the search engines. I do all the work myself, including most of the photographs. I am an amateur and often have to get the shots under impossible circumstances, i.e. when the light is not perfect,the wind is blowing or labels and other nursery paraphernalia get in the way. I joined Flickr for inspiration and to improve my photographic skills. I am becoming as passionate about photography as I am about gardening.
