I have 12 years of experience with photoshop, having worked on a variety of projects from simple retouching (color correction, blemish removal) to more advanced composite editing and air brushing for magazines and CD covers. Pricing Rates:
Touch-up Editing = $15 per image (negotiable)
Bulk Touch-up Editing (based on 20+ images) = $10 per image (negotiable)
(Touch-up includes blemish removal, color correction, levels correction etc.)

Creative Editing = $40 per image (negotiable)
(Creative Edit includes compositing, major photo manipulation and effects)
