I have listed photography as a hobby of mine for the last 30 years, but it is only the discovery of HDR in 2008 that really got me back into it in a big way.
I love the oportunity HDR gives me to overcome the inherent limitations of the technology. It has completely changed the way I look at things and try to capture them.
My favorite subject matter is landscapes and I try to represent the scene in a natural style usually - however, I have been known to go over the top in Post Processing on occasion ;-). I recently modified my venerable D70 for Infra-Red work and I have been using it to experiement with false colour and monochrome, which looks awsome!
Please feel free to critique my work as you see fit (preferably constructively but I'm a big boy), whilst having several pages of "nice picture" or "great capture" etc. etc. is good for the ego it does nothing for my progress as a photographer. Useful critique will be most welcome and I will reciprocate if I feel I can add anything your work.

I am rather humbled by the number of people that have added me as a contact and watch my work on a regular basis now.
