CNW Lives!'s photostream

A recovering railfan that put down the cameras in 2000. I was raised in Brookings, SD on the CNW's "Alco line" and from the time I was 12, I did my best to record on film everything CNW that rolled through town. When the CNW left town, I did too. In the mid 1980's, I tossed my belongings into the trunk of my 1977 Olds and headed for big-time Minneapolis to continue my education and seek fame, fortune, and more CNW. Along the way, I managed to photograph other railroads, but they just didn't have the draw that the CNW did. Thanks for taking a look at my efforts to document my favorite railroad, and a few others as well.
