I'm a photojournalist. I do my best to capture people and culture in the most honest way I can. It's important to me to try and portray my subjects as they actually appear.

I worked originally as an advertising photographer in my home country of New Zealand but I moved quickly onto the exciting and transitory world of newspapers.

My photography has been seen in most Australian newspapers and around the world through Agence France-Presse, The London Daily Telegraph and Hello Magazine. I've worked on assignment for some of Australia’s largest corporations including Telstra, Macquarie Bank and AGL.

In 2008 I self-published a book on Manly Australia where I lived for 25 years. It continues to sell well and I am at present working on a similar book on Byron Bay where I now live. I also sell stock images through Alamy.com
